Returns & Limited Warranty Policy
This “Returns & Limited Warranty Policy” contains the ADC Solutions Auto, LLC (“ADC”) limited warranty and other information relevant to customers after purchasing Roamcraft® outdoor LED products (the “Roamcraft Products”). By purchasing or using any Roamcraft Products, you agree to be bound by this Returns & Limited Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this policy, do not use the Roamcraft Products.
This Returns & Limited Warranty Policy is hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, ADC’s Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use. We urge you to read and become familiar with the Terms of Use, as they may affect your legal rights.
ADC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE ROAMCRAFT PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED UNDER SECTION 2 BELOW.

1. Product Warnings
PLEASE REVIEW ALL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH YOUR ROAMCRAFT PRODUCT PRIOR TO USE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PRODUCT WARNINGS, INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, OR OPERATING GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE, INJURY, OR VOIDING OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.

2. Limited Warranty
ADC warrants to the original purchaser of the Roamcraft Products that, during the applicable Warranty Period, the Roamcraft Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”).
The Limited Warranty begins on the date of original purchase and continues for one (1) year (the “Warranty Period”), unless otherwise specified. Claims submitted after the applicable Warranty Period will not be covered.

2.1 Warranty Disclaimers
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH HEREIN, ROAMCRAFT PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ONLY WITH THE LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED HEREIN. NO PERSON OR ENTITY IS AUTHORIZED TO BIND ADC TO ANY OTHER WARRANTY, OBLIGATION, OR LIABILITY.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ADC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

2.2 Conditions of Limited Warranty
If your Roamcraft Product is found to be defective, ADC will repair or replace the product during the applicable Warranty Period, subject to the following:

2.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHERE POSSIBLE.
If your Roamcraft Product was purchased from Walmart and is still eligible for return under Walmart’s return policy, please return the product directly to Walmart.
If your product is no longer eligible for return through Walmart, you may submit a warranty claim with ADC within the Warranty Period.
To initiate a claim, contact:
If ADC determines the issue may be covered, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions will be provided.
If a defect is confirmed, ADC will repair or replace the product at no cost (excluding shipping outside the Continental U.S.).

2.4 Exclusive Remedy
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
ADC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

2.5 Unavailable Products
If an identical replacement is not available, ADC may provide a comparable product of equal or greater value. Such replacement shall constitute full satisfaction of ADC’s obligations under this Limited Warranty.

3. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Roamcraft Product and wish to return it for a refund, please return the product to Walmart in accordance with Walmart’s return policy.
ADC does not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased through Walmart, except as required under the Limited Warranty.
